2024年度（2024年4月発表会後）より、池下スタジオでの振替レッスンの受講及び休会に関するルールを一部変更させていただきます。
以下の内容をご確認頂きますようお願いいたします。
変更によりご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
※大人クラスなどのオープンクラスは対象外です。
We will revise makeup classes and leave of absence system at Ikeshita studio from April after the concert in 2024.

◉振替レッスンについて（2024年4月発表会後～）
１学期と２学期にお休みされた分の振替レッスンは、お休みされた日と同じ各学期内にご受講ください。
３学期は発表会に向けて各クラス異なるレッスン内容となりますので、振替レッスンをご受講いただけません。
３学期にお休みされた分の振替は次年度１学期中にご受講ください。
※１学期と２学期のそれぞれ最終週にお休みされた場合のみ、次学期へのお振替が可能です。
※その年によって発表会練習をスタートする時期が早まる場合がございます。
その際は２学期中であっても振替レッスンをご受講いただけませんので、上記同様次年度１学期中に振替レッスンをご受講ください。
（発表会練習が始まる時期は２学期が始まる前に事前にお伝えいたします。）

 

◉休会について（2024年4月発表会後～）
池下スタジオではレッスン費を学期ごとにまとめてお支払いただく制度を取らせていただいておりますが、
2024年4月より休会される際だけでなく、学期払い以外でのお支払い（チケットや都度払い等）を希望される場合も休会の扱いとさせて頂きます。
休会される場合は各学期につき一律￥3,520の休会費を学期の初めにお支払いください。
休会中もチケットの購入や都度払いでの単発でレッスンを受講いただくことが可能です。*
*発表会練習に入っている際は、申し訳ありませんがチケットまたは単発でのレッスンを受講をお断りさせていただきます。
*クラスが定員に達している場合はご希望のクラスをご受講いただけない場合がございますのでご了承ください。

 

 

◉About Makeup Classes (This system will be applied from April 2024 after the concert.)
You need to book your makeup classes in the same term as the classes you have missed during Term1 and 2.
We cannot organize your makeup classes during Term 3 as we offer different contents of the classes in each class for production practices.
Please make up your missed classes during Term3 with the sessions in Term1 next school year.
※You can book your makeup classes in the next term only the case you have missed in the final week of each term.(Term1 and 2)
※We cannot offer you a makeup classes once we have started working for the concert even if that is still in Term2.
Classes in Term1 next year are available for making up in this case as well.

 

◉About Leave of Absence System (This system will be applied from April 2024 after the concert.)
You are required to pay leave of absence fee (￥3,520 per term) when you do not apply for the classes for whole term.
You can still take some classes with the purchase of the ticket or drop-in while you are away. *
*You cannot join the classes during the season of the concert or in case there is no more space available in the classes.
